There are no commitments, agreements, or understandings between Givopoly and the Merchant/Vendor (Partner) other than those expressly set forth herein.
Givopoly Agrees to:
present the Partner’s selected products and/or services on Givopoly.com to make them readily
available for customer orders promote products belonging to Partner on social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and
other marketing channels, such as email newsletters and the news media
allow the Partner to remove products/services from Givopoly.com at any time with reasonable notice
pay the Partner the agreed retail price of the goods/services sold through Givopoly less the Givopoly
Commission Fee for their subscription category:
25% fee for basic subscribers
15% fee for all other categories
pay the Partner the total amount owing, less the applicable Givopoly Commission Fee, by direct
deposit no later than 7 days after the order was placed
allow the Partner to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason 30 days after providing
written notice of their intent to terminate
The Partner Agrees to:
maintain a sufficient inventory of the products they are offering through Givopoly.com and its partner sites
ensure their retail prices are consistent with the prices listed on Givopoly.com
allow Givopoly to retain the agreed-to Givopoly Commission Fee (25% for basic subscribers; 15% for
all other categories) from the retail price of each product sold on Givopoly, excluding delivery fees and taxes
ensure that products are available for pick-up by Givopoly staff by no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of delivery (Givopoly policy requires that buyers wanting next-day delivery must have purchased the products by no later than 3:00 p.m. one business day before the requested delivery date). If products are not ready for pick-up, the Partner further agrees to pay a penalty of $30 per hour for every hour of delay past the 10:00 a.m. deadline
package all sold products safely and in a manner that is appropriate for a high-quality gift and that has been agreed to by both parties
manage their company profile and product descriptions appropriately in the Vendor Marketplace.
This includes:
not adding any external links in the Vendor Marketplace
ensuring the HTML content in their product descriptions is appropriate
promote their partnership with Givopoly to customers when and where applicable, such as by posting links on their website or promoting Givopoly.com on their advertising and marketing materials, such as on cards and signs
respect that Givopoly is the final authority on all products on Givopoly.com and understands that Givopoly may remove products from its sites at any time and without notification
